I've spent a fortune at this takeaway week after week and never had a problem apart from the odd lateness . I ask for a pitta bread instead of cut naan with my kebab box and get a call saying I asked for it last week and didn't pay even though I wasn't asked and didn't know how much I owed anyway . Tonight after that call they must have been dishing up but it didn't show for a long time after that call and the food was cold . Goodbye Casanovas

Did not receive order and paid for it, shop said on line was down and had to order in the shop again and pay again as i was assured I would not of been charged on line when I was, food is always geat as I make a point to travel but very disappointed at the online and I still haven’t received a refund or response from your selfs

Garlic sauce appeared to have bits of food in it. They were also two different tubs of garlic as though one was from a different shop. The parmo had lots of bechamel sauce, despite asking for only a small amount and it had hardly any cheese on it.

Seems to be the same driver every Sunday and when he delivers my food its luke warm or cold but when other drivers deliver it, its boiling hot. chips where warm parmo was luke warm / cold tonight not happy think I will consider ordering from else where on a Sunday from now on
