Did not receive order and paid for it, shop said on line was down and had to order in the shop again and pay again as i was assured I would not of been charged on line when I was, food is always geat as I make a point to travel but very disappointed at the online and I still haven’t received a refund or response from your selfs

Garlic sauce appeared to have bits of food in it. They were also two different tubs of garlic as though one was from a different shop. The parmo had lots of bechamel sauce, despite asking for only a small amount and it had hardly any cheese on it.

Seems to be the same driver every Sunday and when he delivers my food its luke warm or cold but when other drivers deliver it, its boiling hot. chips where warm parmo was luke warm / cold tonight not happy think I will consider ordering from else where on a Sunday from now on

By far the best pizza I've ever had. Lots of toppings, and the dough is exceptional. Delivery was prompt.

Not happy TBH. When I placed the order it said on-line that it would be delivered 19:24 exactly 1hour after It was placed. So at 19:35 I rang the shop to ask if they received and despatched my order and was told that it wasn't in the shop so it must have left already. However at 19:50 I rang again to be told he was too busy to speak to me and that I should just wait. As I've already paid on line, I wasn't too happy it seemed that he only wanted to take a new order and ot discuss one that had already been paid for. He really wasn't very pleasant on the phone. As I tried to explain that he didn't seem interested in my order that they'd already had the money for, the delivery driver arrived. The food was Stone cold, we had to microwave it. Even after that it was average at best. My advice avoid at all costs............. expensive, average, delayed. I will never use Cassanova's again. Very Very disappointed ????

The pizzas here used to be excellent! Ordered two pizzas today, service was good but pizzas very average, pre made bases and tasteless. Nowhere near as good as it was!

Ordered a chicken pizza with extra cheese and chicken, garlic and portion of chips. One of the best takeaway pizza we've had in a long time. Definitely be back soon for pizza.
